Terri Ritchie of Advent Nutrition is now doing a weekly radio show on WCHE 1520 AM, a Chester County radio station serving the West Chester, Downingtown, Exton, Chester Springs and Coatesville areas. "Mission: Nutrition" features weekly nutritional topics with listeners encouraged to call in. The show is broadcast every Tuesday from 4:00 - 4:30pm.  To listen to previous shows just click here.



Advent Nutrition is a private practice located in West Chester specializing in the field of clinical nutrition. Clinical nutrition is defined as the use of diet and therapeutic supplementation for the resolution of many health issues where nutritional deficiencies or pathways may be involved. Terri H. Ritchie is a state licensed clinical nutritionist who holds degrees in biology and business from Neumann College and a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, CT. Additionally she received her certification as a clinical nutritionist from the International and American Association of Clinical Nutritionists and is recognized as a Certified Nutrition Specialist by the American College of Nutrition. A nutritional counselor since 1995, she previously worked as a research scientist for the Fitzgerald-Mercy Hospital Cancer Research Program, and has also held research positions in virology, immunology and oncology within the pharmaceutical industry. She is heard weekly on her radio show, “Mission: Nutrition”, and has been a frequent guest lecturer for Brandywine Hospital of Chester County, Mothers of Preschoolers (Berks and Chester County), Chester County Adult Night School and numerous community health symposiums throughout Chester County. She continues to update her knowledge base in nutritional therapies by attending advanced educational seminars through the Institute of Functional Medicine and nutritional post-graduate studies.
